Had a great experience with the doctor and the optical shop technician during my initial exam. Was called today to come pick up my glasses - they close at 4:30 so I asked if I could come before lunch. The tech didn't seem confident that he would know what he is doing by himself. Dr Williams is one of the best doctors I’ve had! She’s very informative and knowledgeable about her field and has been working diligently to help me and also has great communication in and out of the office.
Made an appointment over the phone on a tuesday for the following friday. Called friday morning to confirm the appointment time and adress and the same lady on the phone who made my appointment told me i didn’t have one and the next availability was 2 weeks away.
