I’d like to complain not about Dr Hwang, but his appointment schedulers. I made an appointment with Dr Hwang several weeks ago because of strong recommendations from a friend. Our physician is retiring, so I needed appointments for me and my husband. They called yesterday to remind me of my appointment next monday. They called again today to say that Dr Hwang and his associates were not taking new patients. This meant finding a new physician by September 1 when our physician is retiring.
