Dr. Gentry was my primary care physician for several years. I asked her to refer me to a specialist and get authorization from my insurance. They did send in the referral, but failed to send in the paperwork for the authorization (which I didn't find out until a month AFTER my appointment). Now I am stuck with a $600 bill from the specialist because insurance won't cover the visit since authorization wasn't sent in ahead of time. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. I was never able to relax during my appointment.
