Hello, Dr Horner was my Doctor for 4 years. The quality of care he provided during that time was very poor. Over the course of time the quality of service Heritage Big Bear provided really dropped off. In 2022 during my first visit to their office Dr Horner and I discussed medication. Upon leaving that visit I felt confident I was in good hands. Unfortunately I found in the days to follow he did not contact the pharmacy regarding the medication that I needed. Smooth-talking liar that makes care decisions based on politics, not patient's needs. Was considering establishing him as my primary care doc & had a long conversation about everything I have going on & to get to know each other; he was going to take over my care, until we talked about the general response to covid. All but ran out of the room & did not write rx that he had agreed was necessary earlier in our conversation.
