Dr. Hopp caused lifelong damage. He infected my lips with implants he offered as a "bonus", resulting in a major infection and permanent scars on my lips. He promoted laser surgery I didn't need or ask for. The result has been permanent hypo-pigmentation of my skin (he didn't pre-test ) and damage to my vision. He altered my smile. Please do not subject yourself to this irresponsible practitioner. I hope others speak up.
