The Contractor did not finish the job, since I could not see whether he did to the gutters on the second level of the house. The side wall was not fixed as he promised. When I found the gutter hangers he put had been off the roof, one of the gutters that he did not put the hangers (although he said he did) were going to fall, I called him many times for two months from late April to early June before I had to leave town.
