Excellent. The experience has been stellar. I have know what to expect during procedures. No surprises for me.
The staff is nice but they engage in misleading billing practices. Watch out because they bill the insurance company different amount from what they charge the patient. They make the patient pay first and then they say that the patient will get a refund from the insurance company which is not true. They later explain that they were out of network. Very sneaky and unprofessional.
I had a pleasant experience at this office! Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Dr Hochwald was professional and kind.
