Absolutely hands down, the best Doctor we could have hoped for. The surgery he performed on my husband was life changing. He still has one more surgery to go and we wouldn't trust anyone but Doctor David Hester. His staff is amazing right along with him.
I don’t like to say negative things about a business because some people may just be having a bad day BUT it appears the whole office was having a bad day for my appt. The front desk was rude & gossiping the whole time, the assistant hardly said 5 words to me besides asking procedural questions, & Dr. Pappas had no bedside manners & didn’t even look me in the face one time during the visit until it was time to go. Would definitely NOT recommend & will definitely NOT be returning!
I do like Dr Hester, he did good with the surgery of my ankle. But... PO I am not impressed at all. It took me almost a week to get a refill of my pain meds. My other issue is I had scheduled physical therapy at Titus fit and my insurance company couldn't find me a driver to take me to my first appointment. I tried calling them and no answer nor did they call me back. I called Dr Hester's office and let them know I needed to have my physical therapy changed to Pittsburg bc I can find a ride easier if my insurance don't show ... read more
