Went to an open house and the person meant to represent his company (because he wasn't able to show it) showed up over 20 minutes late- with a line of people waiting outside- and then proceeded to park at least 3 feet away from the curb blocking passersby... Seemed very unprofessional and don't think we'll consider this company for buying our next home... at least they had paper print-outs of the home info and shoe-covers.
Due to family health problems, I had to sell our home and move quickly. Luckily I was introduced to David Hebel who met with me and spent a great deal of time getting to know both me and the house. He calmly led me through the whole process, and we were able to finalize a sale quickly and successfully. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent they can trust.
I have been working with David Hebel since he started in Real estate. He wasn't pushy and truly wanted to get me into the right home. My needs were very specific so it took time and he stayed with me and I with him. It took over a year but I finally got what I was looking for.
