The furnace was making strange noises so I called David’s. The highly skilled Pierre was dispatched. In short order the furnace was back in working order. Excellent work by a personable, efficient tech! Thanks again to David’s and Pierre!
Our water heater had issues again just three days after they had repaired it, they refused to take ownership of the problem and they tried to talk us into accepting an inflated offer to get it replaced knowing that we were pressed on time. Very disappointing service to a long standing customer.
Worst service ever. Don’t waste your time hiring them
I have been a customer for many years. Recently my AC condenser bit the dust. After speaking with the office, I decided it made sense to kill 2 birds with one stone, since our furnace was also living on borrowed time. I received a quote from the office within a week and scheduled the service. The technicians (Steve and Richard), along with a couple other crew members did a great job. Had a CO leak and David's came right out to fix the problem. The two men that came out were knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job.
