Had a 9.30 appt and was told when I arrived that he was not there yet. At 10 o'clock I was told he had 5 patients in front of me. A major inconvenience to me and so unprofessional. Patients should be notified when appt will delayed hours to be given the chance to cancel and avoid rearranging their own schedule and making the drive.
