Wonderful and skilled staff, an excellent Jeweler. Able to create custom pieces.
Dropped of an heirloom engagement ring to have some work done. They never put the ring in the vault, and the place was robbed 3 weeks before our wedding. Since it was just sitting out, the heirloom ring was stolen and gone for good. They replaced it (up to the value that it was insured) but did not do right by us by any means. That ring was over 100 years old and irreplaceable. We got charged full value for our wedding bands and walked out without being comped in any way.
They are so accomodating in a good way. They are helpful with the smallest repair. I recommend them.
