I highly, highly CAUTION you regarding this firm of David Harmon & Associates or On Time Appraisal Services "Do not use this appraisal company", they did a very very poor appraisal. This guy gave me the worse appraisal I've ever seen. To find comparable homes isn't that complicated, I paid this company $625 and the guy did not take the time to find good comparable homes sold within 6 months of the appraisal. David Harmon Sr. appraised our property for us in 2024 and did an amazing job. He was polite, efficient and overall a pleasure to work with.
Not professional at all.
They came in at $120,000 under the auditors assessed value and $200,000 under Zillow's assessed value. Talking to a few of my neighbors who did refinances and they had their home's appraised at $100,000 to $150,000 higher than me and we have a bigger house. My address is 5606 Clear spring Ct Valley city, Ohio look it up facts don't lie. Now I will have two other companies come out to value my home and will file a compliant with the real estate licensing board.
