To begin with, I had an appointment with this agent and he went to the wrong place. Consequently he was then late. He then proceeded to be unprofessional, knew virtually nothing about the property (like how to turn the lights on, where the 2nd igress was) and was extremely condescending and rude. I will not do business with Remax based on my experience with this person. My manager, who also accompanied me could not believe the way we were treated - both of us women. David was not as professional as my wife and I had anticipated.. He seemed to have some knowledge of the Cambridge area however was quite rude when answering our questions. We decided to use a different angency as the whole experience was poor. I hope he will improve his ethics for future couples like ourselves.
