RUN, RUN from this office. The worse office ever. I did not not only gettin treatment for my condition, I have been bombarded with bills. Every time I try to contact their billing department, No answer. I finally contacted the doctor office directly. The nurse was so in rush that she wouldn't listen to what I was saying. She kept repeating call the billing department again and again un til someone picks up. I finally after a few weeks was able to speak with someone in the billing. I have been a patient of Dr. Hallegua's for more than 20 years now and he is simply the best doctor I have ever come across. Time and time again, when other doctors can't figure out what's going on, Dr. Hallegua is immediately able to identify the issues and then builds a treatment plan. I am so grateful to have found an amazing doctor and his amazing office, Maria is always so helpful and takes care of things.
He is absolutely the best doctor. I’ve been seeing Dr. Hallegua for 30 years and it’s been wonderful. He has the most compassionate heart. He will spend an adequate amount of time with you and he will answer all your questions in a manner in which you can understand. I cannot imagine life without his knowledge and expertise. He is truly one of a kind as well as irreplaceable. I highly recommend him.
I’ve been with Dr Hallegua for a couple years and I was told he’s completely cutting me off and to find somebody else out of nowhere . I went to my primary care Dr the next day and he can’t believe I was told this and the way that this office handled it . The front desk girl was extremely rude to me and demanded money for my prescriptions to be filled even over the phone. One of the most kind and professional doctors I've met. He is compassionate and listens to his patients. He will sit down and take his time with you, unlike most docs today, you are in and out in 5 mins.
