I recently stopped by Lightkep's this winter for some new winter equipment and was ecstatic by the service I received. I was able to get across to the employees exactly what I wanted without breaking the bank. The service was no less than exceptional and the best part is I can go back and get my machines serviced at any time, even years down the road!
BEST SERVICE EVER. THEY HAVE REPAIRED MY STUFF FOR YEARS AND ALWAYS STOOD BEHIND THERE WORK. I OWN DAVES APPLIANCE SERVICE IN HORSHAM AND RECOMEND THEM TO ALL MY CUSTOMERS AND HAVE NEVER HEARD A SINGLE BAD THING ABOUT THERE STAFF OR THERE WORK. I HIGHLY ADVISE USING THIS COMPANY!!! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Don't expect your machine back anytime soon I dropped my machine off for repair on May 12. I write this on June 19 and still don't have it back yet. Every time I call I ask how many machines are in line ahead of me and how much longer I can expect it to take I never get a straight answer to the question. When I dropped it off, they didn't give any indication that they had a big backlog of repair orders.
