My experience was great. Dr. Koota made me feel very comfortable. The tests were done very professionally. Once they discovered the problem the fix was quick and easy.
They no-showed me. Had an apt for a Friday afternoon. They called and asked i if can come in 30 min early because the doc has to be somewhere, so i agreed and left work earlier. Got there and called from outside to see if they had covid restrictions and the secretary said “sorry we’re closed” and hung up. They never called to reschedule, let alone apologize. Maybe they have too many patients and don’t need more.
