I was charged for my entire initial visit OUT OF POCKET after they assured me that I was covered by my insurance. When trying to resolve the issue AFTER I had already been billed, they told me there was nothing they could do and blamed me for not knowing after they had already told me the visit was covered.

I've been going to Dr Baukol for 10+ years. I used to pay cash because I didn't have dental insurance. Never had a complaint. Friendly staff, great dental hygienist (who recently left the practice). Cash price for a cleaning was $170. I now have very good dental insurance that pays my cleanings and X-rays. On my last visit, my bill was $190 (with insurance)!
