Having David as our realtor was truly a blessing! My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and were wildly underestimating how difficult it could be! David helped us through every challenge and helped to keep us positive. He assured us a house would present itself in due time and convinced us not to settle for the sake of simply buying a house! If it weren’t for David we would be living in a house that, in time, would lose its novelty. David is a wonderful realtor and anyone would be lucky to work with him!

I purchased my home in Nebraska while still living in South Carolina. David helped with the transaction, like the Rock Star he is, every step of the way!! David was very helpful and patient looking at multiple houses. He’s very knowledgeable and will share his own opinion about a home when prompted to do so. While we were enjoying picturing future plans for homes, he was looking at the roof hvac etc. Making sure the house won’t need any major fixes in the near future. I recommend him 10/10 to anyone looking for a house, as he will do his very best to show you as many houses as you want, and be happy to do it!
