June 2023: Thoroughly irresponsible! I've lived with Ankylosing Spondylitis for 50 years so I brought lots of documentation, radiology reports, DVDs, etc. I'm 76 with some memory issues and Greenfield's first question, "Who diagnosed you with AS [50yrs ago]?" I could no longer recall which hospital made the diagnosis. Greenfield, "Well then you don't have AS." I was stunned! Doctor’s Greenfield assistant, Shanel, was very nice and always very helpful, but Dr Greenfield should have retired many years ago. As other patient wrote in a review, he simply does not care about his patients. He is arrogant, unknowledgeable and totally neglecting. Desk staff and nursing staff are caring and attentive. Responses via the portal are quick and clear. Dr. Greenfield has proven to be thorough- coordinating information from all supports, listening attentively to concerns and proceeding accordingly with patients input.
