Today I went as a new patient, as soon as I walked in I saw a person at the desk really nasty with a patient over the phone . I was SHOCKED hearing that and she watched as I signed in . I sat down with my husband as we waited and waited . After she got off the phone another girl came from the back didnt look at the clip board either so waited and waited . I was a patient of doctor Gordon in 2012 he actually did my surgery which I was so pleased with after not needing to see him for a few years I had an incident where a tree fell on my leg so I was referred to him the new doctor I seen today that works with him was absolutely horrible rude disrespectful sarcastic and very much a smart ass I was very disappointed hopefully he’s not there for long Mr it’s common sense……
The first time I went to Dr. Gordon's office I was so pleased with his bedside manners. He was very kind, caring and very professional. He was recommended to me by my late husband in 2021.
