Poor experience: The PA misdiagnosed knee issue as arthritis and missed maltracking issue that was diagnosed by a more competent OhioHealth doctor months later. This was in addition to incidental problems with UH as a whole wherein I was billed for a two knee braces that I did not actually purchase due to a clerical error at the clinic on their part AND multiple other issues with their regional UHMP billing dept. Turn around and go the other way, not a good experience here at all that is if they don't send you somewhere else to begin with.

Dr. Godrey performed surgery on my broken ankle and he was the best surgeon I could have asked for !! Very friendly and takes his time with his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Godfrey and his wonderful staff.

Great doctor and staff but wait times are horrible. Plan 3 hours for appointment. Cortisone shots should not take hours. An hour wait maybe. If the staff weren't so good, I wouldn't come.

If I was able to give ZERO stars I would. The woman at the front desk that signed us in was very unpleasant, I still do not know who Dr. Godfrey is since we never actually seen him it was always the nurse. They told us an injury was healed (3 weeks after original incident), received a call the next day from the hospital to schedule an MRI! We found a new doctor and got a second opinion! I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
