Dr. Koch is thorough and knowledgeable. He listened to my various concerns, answered all of my questions about the liver transplant process, and treated me with respect while still remaining candid and honest about my future prognosis. I can also tell he genuinely cares about me as a patient and does not view me as a number on a medical chart. If you need a liver transplant or find yourself in need of an expert hepatologist, I can easily recommend you get an appointment with Dr. Koch.

Almost impossible to get through to him or anyone in his office. I was on hold half an hour just to leave a message that was never returned. When the recordings state that "MUSC is changing", it's true; they're getting worse by the day, as hard as that is to believe. Wouldn't recommend these guys.
