Very pleased with my son’s ear tube procedure. Dr Gilley was upbeat, positive, and quick to get us in. Also VERY impressed With Cox surgery center staff and nurses, they were incredible. My son didn’t even cry when they took him from me (15 months). He was so comfortable with them.
Not pleased at all with Cox Health Ferrell-Duncan Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic. David Gilley MD was by far the worst "doctor" I have ever been to! I went in due to having an issue with my ear. I went through the process of a Audiological Evaluation in which Whitney Hayden AuD performed. Whitney Hayden AuD did a wonderful job and she was very professional and understanding in every aspect. I can’t speak enough good things about Dr. Gilly He has great bedside manner and takes all my questions and concerns , seriously. He definitely does his due diligence and is great explaining things in a way I understand and uses his extensive knowledge to help relieve the issue
