Came in with some hesitation because I have a few health problems that I was nervous about. The staff from the front desk with Jordyn to the staff in the back was phenomenal. They all listened to me and understood what I was saying. Dr. Wickness extracted my tooth without any problem. When he told me I was done, I was like wow. Didn't hurt at all and was quick. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you everyone for your understanding.
I give a great deal of praise for Mr. David Wickness, DMD. I was having some problems with my teeth and he saw me outside of normal business hours to help me. He stands behind his practice and stands along side of his helping staff! They all show patience and professionalism through out the day!

I don't do social media so have to do this the old way. It was an excellent experience but there was a bottleneck when checking out and paying for my fees. I understand the lady was new so I assume she will get more efficient as becomes more familiar with the processes.
When Dr. Ellen retired, I wasn't sure who the new dentist would be or if I'd be staying with that practice. Dr. Wickness and his staff stepped in without missing a beat! I'm still getting great professional care in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
My hygienist is always punctual and to the point and everyone is very caring and efficient. Always a pleasant experience

When Dr. Ellen retired I had some concerns, however those concern were quickly dissipated when I met Dr. David. The staff are very happy working with Dr. Wickness, and I as a patient am very happy with Dr. Ellen choice. Dr. David is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and very gentle. Dr. Ellen left us in very capable hands.
