Unfortunately our experience was disappointing. My appt was at 4:45pm. Front desk (ladies are lovely) called me at 2pm to say they could take me earlier. Initially I thought that was very nice of them. We arrived only to wait 45 minutes before entering a room. And then wait for doctor. The wait time turned my day upside down because I had work appts. Dr. Gerstenfeld is a consummate professional with a well run office staffed by very dedicated, kind, effective, efficient, and supportive staff. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. There’s so much variance in the quality of medical care that having Dr Gerstenfeld on Staten Island tremendous is an asset to the community.
