Their patient rep department (we care, not) is a joke. They don't call back. And if they do, they're powerless and they don't followup. My most recent appointment with Dr. Gallinson left alot of questions in my mind because there were new findings in my scan. I went on my portal to read the results and started feeling very overwhelmed by what I was learning about the new findings. Didn’t even make it to the doctor because the woman who scheduled me gave me bad directions, and after 2.5 hours of being lost in the rain, first I was told I needed to reschedule because “I was too upset to come in,” then because “normally the doctor has wiggle room but he’s jam packed today” (I’m sure his Friday afternoon was swarmed), and finally after being put on hold the first receptionist put me on with a second because they didn’t want to own up to the issue. Great in the beginning , yet over time can observe a definite lack of interest . I believe he sugar coats things and does not give the full scope . Moreover , if a non - cancer problem arises and it is not cancer - he could care less . My father was dropping weight like a fiend - and he taught it was normal . Close to a month after his passing , not even a attempt at a condolence call or text . To be honest , I would avoid him - unless your cancer can be surgically removed .
