Dr Fusco is an excellent, top notch MD. He is the most detail oriented, thorough and patient practioner. I think he really prepares before your visit by reviewing images and records available so that he has a clear idea clinically of your spine and cord defects. Then he spends an hour interviewing, assessing, listening to your subjective symptoms. He is able to assimilate all this information and create a treatment plan and simply explain your diagnosis. Dr. Fusco is an experienced, passionate and caring physician. He is a very good communicator who informs and educates his patients and their families.

Extremely thorough. Does not jump to surgery. Looks at prospectives. The most impressive is he spent two hours going over my case inside and outside.
Dr. Fusco saved my husbands life. Dave had an acute aneurysm and his situation was dire. Not only did he survive, but he has all of his faculties and abilities intact. We are several years away from the event and he has not had any repercussions. Dr. Fusco was caring, thorough, extremely skilled, and most excellent. We are very grateful to have had him as our surgeon. We consider it a divine gift to have been put in his care.
