Dr Francis was very kind and thorough. He explained everything and made sure that you had all the info with all of your questions answered. Never made me feel like I was rushed. His nurse, Karen, was great. Very knowledgeable and kind. The receptionist was very friendly , with positive energy and smiling eyes (wearing a mask). It was a great overall experience even thought it was an appropriate to talk about setting up radiation treatments.
