I had an amazing experience with Dr. Finklestein. From the very first consultation, he could tell I was extremely nervous, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. He took the time to make me feel comfortable and supported. When it came time for my biopsy, the procedure was so quick and painless that I didn’t even realize he had started until he told me he was finished. Dr. Park is the worst doctor ever. I waited 5 months for appointment. The receptionist was awful. I have a never ending saliva in jaw . All he did was look into my mouth and prescribe something that no longer exists. No help after that. I am trying to get a referral to a new ENT. Ps I was under the impression my appointment was with a different doctor. Do not go to them 7 months to wait for no help
Horrible experience. I am seeing him for a potential cancer diagnosis, and he barely even lookes at me. There is always a minimum of 1 hours wait to see him, then hes rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I also received multiple calls from the ENT office saying we would be seeing a different doctor, but when we arrived are told we have to see dr park again. If you care about yourself at all, ask to see someone else
Make appointment and check in upon arrival. They have a TV to keep you entertained and informed. Great staff.
The Dr is amazing with Children but the receptionist needs attitude adjustment they are rude and doesnt like her job and she always miserable get a grip .
