Boynton Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery & Implant Center . After more than two hours on the phone back-and-forth between the doctors office and my insurance company, it was finally determined that this group does not take any Medicare advantage PPO programs. I got misinformation three different times from the Doctors office. Finally , a kind representative from my insurance company called them and confirmed with them they are listed as in network. Excellent service. He puts you at ease and is as painless as possible. You don't get anything you don't need.
So disappointed in the way my mother's and my time was dismissed as unimportant. Dana was arrogant and dismissive in her communications even as I tried to avoid any negative interaction the negativity was foisted upon us in the waiting room. I walked away and my opinion of the entire office dimished greatly. She really needs customer interaction training. Up until that point my experience was good with this office. I was insulted and would hesitate in recommending this office if employees are allowed to act in that way.
