Dr. Feenstra was very nice, but unfortunately we had a bad experience. We only had about 2 minutes with him in the exam room and he rushed us out to look at glasses. I tried to ask him question about the prescription and he told me twice that it was “multiple numbers” and that “they will provide it to you out there”. He only showed my family member two variations of the glasses correction and said he could only get them to 20/40. Brought my teenage daughter for a contact lens appointment. The office was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well. Dr. Feenstra is incredibly nice and has amazing bedside manner. He made my daughter feel very comfortable and she is happy to be out of glasses and into contacts! We made an appointment same-day, and we were in and out quickly!
Avoid. This doctor cares more about his bottom line than his patients. Would not provide the PD value even though he was asked to prior to scheduling the exam, during the exam, prior to showing up for the exam and everything This is a necessary value to obtain prescription glasses anywhere and the doctor is unwilling to do it + will lie to you
