Brought my teenage daughter for a contact lens appointment. The office was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well. Dr. Feenstra is incredibly nice and has amazing bedside manner. He made my daughter feel very comfortable and she is happy to be out of glasses and into contacts! We made an appointment same-day, and we were in and out quickly!
Avoid. This doctor cares more about his bottom line than his patients. Would not provide the PD value even though he was asked to prior to scheduling the exam, during the exam, prior to showing up for the exam and everything This is a necessary value to obtain prescription glasses anywhere and the doctor is unwilling to do it + will lie to you
Fast, friendly, clean facility, very personable and knowledgeable Doctor
Dr feenstra was AMAZING! He was so thorough! I felt very satisfied and had a great experience with him! I’ll be back next year! Also Angie, Kerry and Werner were so sweet to me! They made sure I was taken care of and answered all of my questions and I really appreciated that.
