Dr. Williams and his staff are very courteous and professional. They always put you at ease and show genuine care for the patients. Very welcoming from check in, the visit, and check out.
I had an appointment today to pick up my night guard and have it adjusted. Unfortunately I realized yesterday that I had also scheduled an emergency vet appointment for my dog, Bella, who is suffering from an ear infection in both ears. My appointment was at 10:50 and Bella's appointment was at 11:30. I called Dr. Williams; office and ask them how long they thought the appointment might be. I’ve been a patient of Doctor Willians for about a year. I have had three tooth extractions, two bone graphs, and just completed one of two implants. I constantly work out of state and he and his staff are very accommodating to my work schedule. Speaking of staff. Dr. Williams staff is second to none as is his work. Accommodating and professional at every level. From the front desks to the doctor and his assistants. Thank you to the entire team of Dr. Williams.

Everyone was super nice, and the office was great! My only complaint is they didn't accept my insurance but no one told me, through all the phone calls, and even as they scanned in my insurance card and retrieved my husbands Social #, they failed to mention that they don't accept it, then I got hit with a 100$ fee for the consult, which I was under impression was free and they were filing insurance. We do accept all insurance, meaning we do file insurance for all our patients as a courtesy. We are just not "providers" for most insurance and in that case some insurance companies will not send payment to us. Unfortunately, we've had patients spend the money that should have been paid to us, so we now ask patients with those insurance companies to pay in full and allow insurance to reimburse them. This was my first visit and remarkably pain-free in the administrative sense. I previously filled out registration paperwork online and it seemed straightforward. Expecting more paperwork when I arrived, there was little. Support staff was efficient. Medical assistant (Amy) was pleasant, thoughtful, and listened. Dr. Williams was professional and straight-forward.

My dentist is so caring and capable and knows just how to fix whatever is wrong in my mouth! I know when I go in that he will help me with whatever is wrong and I will feel better soon. I am so happy to have found him. (Plus the view from his dental chair is beautiful!)
