Great office and great care. Friendly atmosphere. Dr. Reddy is a great doctor. Did my Cataract surgeries and explained the procedure with patience and answered any question I had. The whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly. .
Extremely disappointed with this eye specialist’s office. They canceled an entire day of appointments and then informed patients that we would be moved to the back of the line because the doctor office had their own issues. While emergencies and personal matters happen, penalizing patients—many of whom waited weeks or months—for something completely outside of our control is unacceptable. Slidell Eye Specialist provides professional care. The staff is very welcoming and patient with their patients. They really care about the patients they are providing care to.
The office is run very efficiently run; everyone I had contact with from reception to checkout were very knowledgeable and fun, e.g. their asking if I was using the same eye drops, which I was! The Doc/techs were also very knowledgeable, had modern equipment and answered all my questions.
