I have regularly visited this dental office for over a decade. Dr. Cooley and his staff exhibit the highest professionalism and are always very warm and friendly. Dr. Cooley is actually an examiner of dentists---he tests new dental graduates to make sure they have achieved the necessary level of proficiency before they are licensed. Other dentists often defer to his expertise and seek out his counsel on difficult cases. Horrible dentist. Dont go unless you want to experience moderate to significant pain. My daughter and I never had one single visit when we did not experience some level of pain. Ive even heard patients screaming in pain. When I sent a letter questioning a charge, he became spiteful and vindictive and returned the letter with comments saying that I was being insulting.
