Dave recently helped us sell a 2 acre lot in Easttown. He was easy to work with and had a very specific approach to selling a building lot. He was a former builder himself so he knew how to price the lot appropriately and did an outstanding job of setting expectations regarding likely outcomes. On top of his knowledge, he was highly responsive at every step of the process including making himself available during the closing while on vacation.
