I attended an event at the Newark Museum and the food they served was outstanding!
Three years in a row we have hired David Ellis Events to handle our December holiday party! In a word " AWESOME"! That word is overused in the vernacular so rarely use it. In this case it states the true meaning of the word. The food was delicious, our guests kept talking after the party about which appetizers they liked most! The service was flawless! I felt a rush of relief when I walked into our venue Sunday afternoon. It was so apparent your staff knew the venue, understood the event set up, and were there to make it seamless for us. Your staff was even able to help me put out programs and rearrange chairs (to accommodate late comers). I really appreciate the value of having a venue-specific caterer more than ever before, and your staff in particular was warm and professional.
My family just tried David Ellis catering for the first time and it was phenomenal! The food was so fresh and delicious and I’m so thrilled to have a local healthy option when cooking at home isn’t in the cards.
