This was my first visit at this office. I only saw and spoke to the doctor ONCE. I had to have a scan done. No one called me with my results or to come in to receive and discuss my results. I had to call them about a week later to inquire about my results. I spoke to the facility where I had the scan done and was told that it was sent several days ago to my doctors office.
