I got in and out quickly, everyone was professional and I had every question answered!
I have to be honest, I was unhappy with my glasses, but my insurance was taking forever to go through so I procrastinated going in to get my prescription and frames fixed. I eventually went back in and the staff helped me in spite of it all. Destiny and Sarah were extremely kind, patient, and helpful in getting my prescription fixed and my frames exchanged at no charge to me. I would highly recommend Eldred to anyone in the Cheyenne area. Their customer service is phenomenal!
I'm almost sad I don't have to wear my glasses any more after my lasik surgery that Advanced Eye Care Clinic performed.
Dr. Dave at Advanced Eye Clinic is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend.
