This building has had NO HEAT and NO HOT WATER during the frigid winter of 2026. These are basic, legally required services, and management has completely failed to provide them. What makes this worse is that this has been an ongoing problem for YEARS. The building has consistently had no heat during the winter for the last few years, and this year has been the worst, with prolonged periods of no hot water on top of no heat. This business, Eli specifically has yelled over the phone at owners of units in buildings specifically has a different tone with women over men. Does not reply to emails in timely manner. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

They are literally the worst! They don’t respond. My ceiling in my living room and bathroom was leaking on and off for like two or three years with brown water. I had to take time to court
