Awful company with zero care and ethics. They threatened to evict us for missing rent, even though we emailed them many times we paid rent on time and received no response. Then we received an eviction notice and emailed them again. Only then did they email back and they were very curt.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They just treat people like we are nothing more than a check. We have asked them to fix the door and nothing but they are so quick to send you to court cause they have mistakenly not updated the system to reflect your latest rent payment. Mrs Eva Greene, the previous owner of this building would be so disappointed to see how her legacy down the toilet. Tall order auto NYC realty, excellent venues nearby.
This building has had NO HEAT and NO HOT WATER during the frigid winter of 2026. These are basic, legally required services, and management has completely failed to provide them. What makes this worse is that this has been an ongoing problem for YEARS. The building has consistently had no heat during the winter for the last few years, and this year has been the worst, with prolonged periods of no hot water on top of no heat.
