My experience with Dr. Efaw and his staff today for my extraction and implant could not have been better. Courteous, professional, compassionate are just a few adjectives I could use to describe this great group. Definitely glad my dentist referred me.
I would love to give them more stars because my daughters extraction and recovery was great! Unfortunately, it has been 6 months (almost 7) and we are still having trouble getting the bill settled. The insurance company needs more information. Supposedly the surgeon has been given this information and is just not writing it up so it can be resubmitted. They do a great job with teeth but billing is a nightmare!
I'm one of those kids from the 60's/70's......don't know what happened back then, that still to this day, makes me scared beyond measure, to go to the dentist...but I am .....my appointment had me dreading and scared for days....but getting my teeth pulled yesterday in your Watseka office..... if I can say .." was the best ever" in a situation that's not so fun...."it was!" .... you are all wonderful and I'm still shaking my head today, as too how smooth, friendly, professional and stress free you all made it for this scared... read more
