Wow! Great customer service from beginning to end from everyone in the office. Dr Edelman was also very kind, thorough and explained everything to me.
Doctor Edelman is a skilled surgeon with great people skills. He answered all my questions and immediately put me at ease. He's not rushed. His staff is equally friendly, professional and helpful. The assembly line attitude you might find at some medical practices is something you won’t find in his office. How refreshing! I had a laparoscopic surgery with Dr.Edleman on Monday April 11th at Doctors hospital . He was amazing he told me what was going to happen prior to the surgery .The next day he visited me at the hospital he ask me how I felt then he discharge me and they sent me home .
I needed gall bladder surgery and another surgeon gave me a 3 week wait for a meeting... Dr. Edelman was contacted and fit me in the next day for a meeting, surgery scheduled 1 week later.
