Zero stars. Terrible and deeply upsetting experience with Dr. David Rosenblum at Conviva in Boynton Beach. Dr. Rosenblum prescribed me a high-dose cholesterol medication (20 mg daily) and never properly warned me that it could cause severe muscle pain.
