the worst dentist I have ever been to. I was told on the phone that my insurance would cover the amount for this appointment with Delta Dental. However, they charged an amount of close to $500 on my entire appointment without even double checking or letting me know that my insurance does not cover this amount. Ridiculous experience.
Dr Grant and his whole staff were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They put me at ease from the first encounter with the office staff right through to the end of my treatment. Would recommend them as one of the best dental practices in Orange County.
My dental technician cleaned my teeth with precision and care. She is thorough in educating me how to keep my teeth healthy and free from cavities. I highly recommend her.
All of the Doctors and staff are personable and professional. They have a great practice that I have enjoyed for 35 years.
Once again it was time for a dental cleaning and gum measurements. Always gentle and efficient process. It was noted part of a filling was gone. I blame my love of peanut brittle. I appreciate the office getting me in a few days later to resolve the matter. Dr. Grant checked to be sure there was no new decay then rebuilt the damaged filling.
