I have always had a friendly positive experience with Dr Gildner and the staff. I have recommended them to others. . They have always gone above and beyond to make sure my eye health is foremost.
I love this office, Dr. Gildner is the best! I'd been having trouble with double vision off & on for quite awhile, years actually, & he's the only one who took care of that for me. I'd gotten glasses at 2 other places in the past. It would get really bad too at times & stay that way. He noticed during my exam that my eyes tend to cross just a little once in awhile & he put what's called prism in the lenses and that took care of the problem. & the lady's in the office are always so nice & so is he. Dr. Gildner is a very professional and thorough eye doctor. I have no issues what ever with him. His staff on the other hand leave a LOT to be desired. They are forgetful. Like forgetting to offer me lens choices(free second lens' from manufacturer) and then 3 days later offering them to my wife. Then when called on it wanting to make me pay extra to correct their errors. Then now, one day shy of two weeks, my wifes new glasses are in and mine are not. Because of their errors and mistakes.
