The WORSE bedside manners. Rude and condescending.

Front desk customer service skills need some major improvement. They are rude on the phone, and hang up on you before you can finish asking your questions, one person in particular. You don’t know what else your patients are going through in their time of need. How would you feel to be treated the same way, if rolls were reversed? If you are that miserable find another job! Don’t see dr adleberg, big waste of time and money everytime I’ve seen him for my injury. I pretty much had to figure things out for myself. I saw dr O’Donnell once and your best bet would be him.
Great personality and bedside manner. However, office disorganized. They can't answer questions about billing without calling a separate number. If you as a layperson don't know the right questions to ask during your appointment with the Dr. you will have to figure out things for yourself. Tried to leave msg for doctor Monday 09/20/21. Office said they'd pass on my question and contact me. Waited till noon on Tuesday. Had to contact another office for a different matter and found out Dr. was on vacation for the week.
