Our home is beautiful, thanks to Jill and Lenny, our building team at David Dulay Homes!!! Together they created a high quality home with great attention to detail, harmony and elegance throughout. From the design of the home through its completion, they were a joy to work with, very approachable, and promptly responded to all our questions. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.
I would really reconsider using another company to build your modular. Takes a long time to respond and completely wasted our time. We told them our absolute highest for our budget and they came in with an estimate with $151K over, after the house we told them we were interested -- and the sale representative (owner/coowner) said "that was definitely doable." And did not have anything else prepared or any other recommendations/suggestions near our budget. They wasted nearly 7 weeks of our time and no where during the back an... read more
