My wife hired Mr. Dufek over a year ago He took a small retainer ($1500), made one phone call on her behalf, never initiated any legal work and she never heard from him again. She did try to call him only to sound confused as to who she was. He sounded like he had been sleeping in the middle of the day. The guy is a bum. Advice is to find a more qualified, professional attorney. We ended up hiring another attorney to do what Mr. Dufek was supposed to do but the other attorney actually resolved the matter considerably on her ... read more
