I was attended to by Brad for my hair color appointment. He was so thorough and so courteous, as he picked the correct hair color for me. The salon looks so wonderful! Newly renovated and very state of the art chairs and equipment, and very friendly staff too! A++👍👍👍
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went for a simple root color. Was quoted $95. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating, so I was hopeful that I found my new Aveda salon in LA. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different than what I had anticipated. The stylist they assigned me wouldn't follow the hair color formula I brought from my former salon, and ended up giving me "hot roots", 2 shades lighter than the rest of my hair!
