I have a very good experience of using the services at David Doyle. Id had a number of viewings which hadn’t been quite right but when I mentioned one I’d seen on Rightmove one of the team Cathy immediately said ‘yes you’ll love it ‘ and I did and have just moved in. Be aware of inflated valuation price to secure your custom. Within 2 weeks of having our property on the market, they suggested lowering the price. And across the 16 weeks they had our property, we reduced the price a couple more time and only got approximately 8 viewings in that time. We have ended up getting an offer with another estate agent £55,000 lower than the suggested asking price of David Doyle within a week of being on the market with them.
